Nong Nat surely had a contract with the Japanese company she did her porn film for. She tried to say it had been done in Japan, but the cops verified it was filmed inside Thailand. And so are the "streetmeat" shoots. I'd say it is more a matter of paying off the cops. Otherwise, why haven't they gone after Nigel and company. He's not exactly hard to find. The report said she saw the cameras and he told her they were off. Then found out they were on.
