The_Munchmaster
Plimsoles are/were a type of footwear worn by British kids to gym classes. Black or white canvas with laces or gussets. Very plain with flat soles.
New Petchburi Pete
OK ... maybe I'd buy pink ones for my wife; but, I'm not ready to start working Boyz Town just yet. They have the logo ... did you get them in Pattaya?
The_Munchmaster
....They have the logo ... did you get them in Pattaya? "Did you get them in Pattaya?" If it's not Hugo Boss or Paul Smith, Teddy won't wear it.

MooNoi
Only handmade English leather shoes for me Zob, as you well know. Bally is my guess. (I actually bought a pair of Bally's in the UK once... along with an old pair of Doc Martens I had once were the most comfortable shoes I ever had).
The_Munchmaster
Nope. George Church and Joseph Cheaney. Bally are actually Swiss. I believe their factory is in the Canton of Zug.
teddy
Actually, you have got to hand it to the American's when it comes to quality hand made shoes. I used to wear Church's, still wear one pair in fact, but I reckon Alden of New England are much better. I am currently sporting a pair of the Cordovan Full Strap Slip-On's and they are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. Check them out; Alden Shoes
The_Munchmaster
He really does! Checked them out though and have to say they look a bit gay, so ideal for mincing in (as in walking affectedly), which suits Teddy perfectly. :smirk: Personally I would go for the Cordovan Wing Tip Bal Oxford or the Cordovan Perf Tip Bal Oxford. Much more manly.
The_Munchmaster
Actually Teddy there's a couple of styles which are definitely more 'you'. Those being the, Kiltie Wing Tip Slip-On and the Kiltie Tassel Handsewn Moccasin. Very pretty.
