Flashermac Posted May 18, 2007 Report Share Posted May 18, 2007 My widowed sister got laid off by Circuit City after nearly 20 years, in their latest round of mass firings (done so they could hire new employees at lower salaries). She still will get a portion of the pension she would have had. She said it works out to be $160 a month! p.s. Fortunately, we do have property and other financial resources. What would happen to Mexico's economy if the US shut down illegal immigration tomorrow? Yes thats right, Mexico would be invoved in a revolution within 12 months, and the outcome would NOT be a democracy. Do you think that the US wants it's neighbor to be a 'venezuala' [sic], a cuba?
