BKKanalist Posted June 16, 2007 Report Posted June 16, 2007 I disagree with a lot of the advice here. She needs a lawyer ASAP. Not a falang lawyer- who cannot practice law in Thailand- but a real Thai lawyer. They can drag this out for years.

The lawyer will cost more.
