We don't worry about what the folks behind the scenes of TV and commercial film look like. Doubt if we even give it a thought. (I don't and have never heard anybody comment about it.) The videographer could be in a wheelchair for all we know...based upon the point of view and the some times relunctance of people not to stare at those who might be handicapped. But at one point, a young Thai male bends over to look into the camera lens and kind of smiles/laughs as though he's spotted the camera.
