adawes
True has offices where you can pay bills at Fortune Town IT Mall (Phra Ram 9 -- 3rd floor, north escalators, where the book store used to be), the Metro Mall at Sukhumvit MRT station, and many more locations. Google is your friend: http://www.truecorp.co.th/eng/index.jsp http://www.truecorp.co.th/eng/customer_support/location_trueshop.jsp
Neo
Bring all your bills to 7/11 to pay them. For rent, go to the bank and deposit into owners account. It's fairly convenient and you have a rock solid receipt. No need for a thai bank account whatsoever.
khunsanuk
Hi, While a lot of bills can be paid at 7/11s (as long as there are no overdue amounts and you are still within the due date), True bills are not part of these. You can only pay them at a True office or at branches of a couple banks (Bangkok Bank for sure, a few others as well). Sanuk!
MooNoi
You can pay True bills at "Counter Service" desks. I only know the location of one, which is on the third floor (fourth for people from the US) of the Silom Complex (near Silom Subway and Sala Daeng BTS Station). I used to pay my TRUE bill there. Also, as KS said, Bangkok Bank branches accept TRUE payment for sure. I'm pretty sure Bank of Ayudhaya (The "yellow" bank) does too.

cavanami
Open a bank account and get the bill setup so that it is an auto pay. You can auto pay the phone, water and electric, if the are being billed directly to you and not thru the landlord (who marks up the bill).

bkkman
You can pay most bills at an ATM if you have the account number of the payee. You can also transfer money to another person or landlord this way. But the best way is to use the Payments and Transfers features available with online banking. With Bangkok Bank I just login, setup a payee or an account to transfer to at BB or another bank and then click click I can pay or transfer in a few seconds. They also will SMS the payee [if it is a person] that the money has been received. I also do this with Bank of Ayutthya.
