I find this is an activity I don't really spend much time doing, so maybe I can't relate to it. I'd much rather prefer to be down IN the action, rather than just looking at it! When I first cam to BKK back in the 90's the room I was in over looked the NEP and I thought it was cool to watch the comings and goings of the people after a night on the Soi. Just an interest of mine. (Heck, some people watch Cricket!) As for why the NH, I have always stayed there as I, as said above, like to be where the action is.
