Old Hippie
"...And then members of an internet chat board predominantly focussed on the exploitation of cheap sex in a third world country want to suddenly get moral!!!!! Staged or not still think it is pretty bizzare. But then again I need to grow up apparently. ..." Agree it is bizarre. As for getting moral whilst being a whore monger? yes, at times, depends on the reason. Frankly, I think it is wrong to run up and humiliate people in the street. As I said, this may be faked, but it was done for real here in the states, and it terrified the victims. Why am I a hypocrite for thinking that is wrong? So what if I am? I mean I like muay Thai boxing, but I think it is wrong to walk up and sucker punch someone.
chuckwoww
I don't find it bizarre OH. A lot of the discussion on here involves morals and the limits of what's acceptable. Just because I'm comfortable with prostitution doesn't mean I condone humiliation. I don't know why bust posted the original link, with no comment, but it has provoked some good discussion. Weird
In the end it's just laying down judgement on other people. BTW, there are lots of non-explicit shows that profit off of embarrasing people. Shall we get fiesty with those too?
limbo
Looks absolutely staged to me but it's totally ridiculous and IMHO has got nothing to do with the other shows that you quote Bust. This is humiliating and out of place (especially in real life), those other shows were with the consent of the competitors.
Weird
If it's staged then it does have consent.. kinda contradicting...
bust
I don't know why bust posted the original link, with no comment, but it has provoked some good discussion. At the time I thought it just another fine example of how bizarre the Japanese can be. Become a bit of a "mass debate" though hasn't it.
BKKanalist
wonderlust- I gotta second the grow up thing. The OP did not make the video- he just posted a link to it. If you don't like it don't watch it but you are wasting emotion. Obviously, you have never lived in Japan and not had a lot of travel in the region. These vids are NOT scripted. I recall one time in Tokyo watching an interview with a guy that made these kind of vids- after he was beaten up by several girls in kimono. When you are in the street there is no expectation of privacy so anything filmed in the street can be sold. If you want to find something in Japanese porn to be offended about there is far, far more serious stuff than this. Stuff that would be considered "evidence of a crime" in the west is sold openly in Japan. Different country, food, language, morals. Don't like it- don't go. Bust did not make the vid- he just posted a link.
Old Hippie
SO if it isn't scripted, do the women have any legal recourse? is this considered assault in Japan?
BKKanalist
OH- There is NO expectation of privacy if this happens in a public place. There are serious videos sold in Japan where the girl signs an agreement to appear in a sex movie. It then basically turns into a rape movie with ten guys...or maybe fifty or a hundred. In the Japanese legal system it flies......there are more lawyers in San Francisco than in all of Japan. The attitude towards sex in very different. Rather than telling someone to grow up just accept it for what it is....and it is not England or the US.
