Posted September 9, 2007 Report Share Posted September 9, 2007 If you want to restore the numbers, you have to take them in to AIS and get them to back them up, see above Of course, that only works if you had AIS back them up *before* the SIM card was lost/stolen/destroyed! This service is free for us Serenade Platinum or Gold members (meaning post-paid customers who spend B3k or B2k/month for minimum six months). It depends upon how much credit you had left in it (the more you use it and recharge, the more validity the number has). But I'd say you'd likely need a new number.
