MooNoi
As I said... not as young as I used to be... especially after a heavy session on the grog!
wonderlust
I've never had the need to use anti-impotence medication. I hope that before I reach that stage in life I'll be happily married and ready for good old-fashioned "let's just cuddle" sessions with the wife. As for what punters did before Viagra, presumably most of them just lost interest as they aged. Has there been an increase in older customers since before the days of Viagra? redwood13
There were injectable drugs used prior to Viagra and these are still used especially by men who are diabetics or have had prostate surgery and for whom Viagra simply doesn't work. Here's a website with more information. Trimix is still very popular because it's effective and cheaper than Upjohn's Caverject or Edex. Specialist
Hypnosis. I'm serious. Up until Viagra came out, erectile dysfunction was the #3 reason why clients went to hypnotists (after smoking cessation and weight control). Pfizer put a HUGE dent in the bottom line for a lot of hypnotists.

Experience and what I have read elsewhere suggests it is often not a matter of being physically capable of achieving an erection. Rather it the problem is getting one when it is needed rather than at 4:00am while sleeping alone.
