Peronally I don't indulge for fear of stirring up someone else's porridge while down there.I think that it tends to go off very quickly. Nothing worse than heading south only to be hit by the stench of old 'Yam', plus the likelyhood of fromage frais left over from the previous course. Orghhhh! Enough to cause a power cut in the bratwurst region. I'm sure there's someone out there who enjoys mature 'yam', it may be an aquired taste. Bon appetit!! Once in Pattaya on the way back to the hotel my girl grabbed some extra spicy som tum to eat in the room. Even after brushing her teeth her mouth was still burning. It was quite a nice sensation!
