kamui
Title of the thread "Shipping"OP enquires about " Intâ??l Small Package-Air?" WTF??? It is this inaccurate use of language that got me in the shit one day. I bought two big chairs, and a double mattress in Seattle. They said they could ship it for me (to New Zealand). I said fine, and gave them my credit card. A few days later, back in NZ, I got a call. We have some cargo for you? I said WHO? Auckland Airport, it had been airfreighted!! Cost a fortune. Is this an americanism? Hehehe, that's not americanism, but stupidity. How about asking for an estimate for the costs before shipping the goods. shygye
You can label the stuff a gift BUT it makes no difference. The person receiving the shipment is liable for any custom's duty.
dabbish
yeah? i normally ask, when i order stuff online, for them to label is as a gift. if they do, then it arrives without me having to pay any customs duties. or atleast it has to this day. maybe it depends on the country aswell.
