The teeth thing is bad but not as bad as the girl who thinks sticking her tongue stud up your japeye is a good idea. I don't know why they bother to do it but I think it's a fairly new thing. The previous generation of bar-girls (say 5-6 years ago) didn't do it. They either gave you a blowjob or not.
