The staff are all Poles now (previously Italians), but it's still good. Something I've never done is put vinegar on my fish and chips.. Utterly disgusting.. Tartare and lemon for me. We'll be remembering those very well whilst we're waiting to be anethetised to undergo a triple bypass! Soon we won't be able to get Cod or it will be to expensive as,as per the usual the Cod stocks are being desimated by over fishing up here in Europe.
