If the scars are precise surgical lines where the male organs were removed to create the "vagina" most likely this will be Bumrungrad or another higher end place. Â After twenty beers I don't know if I would notice. Â Could you see precise lines or were they jagged hacks? Â Often another give away is that they wear a scarf around the neck to cover the Adams apple.
