Damen
I may need to go to the Philippines for a few days and have never been there. I'll need to fly in from Singapore and want to keep costs down, so it looks like Tiger Air to Clark Airport is the way to go. My understanding is that Clark Airport is close to Angels City where the nightlife is  but a bit away from Manila? Does anyone have any suggestions on getting to/from Manila from Angels? Costs, time, concerns, etc. Thanks.
Julian2
Angeles is about 2 hours from Manila on a good day. There are "Rabbit" buses that are leaving every hour or so from the Angeles depot that are fairly cheap, or you could get a taxi to the Swagman hotel that runs a regular, and more expensive, service to their Manila Hotel. fly the bus

Damen
Thanks. I've seen various reports stating the time from Angeles to Manila anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, so I was concerned about spending so much time in a car. I can handle the 2 hour drive but anything more than that I'd rather just fly into Manila and miss out on Angeles.
WorldFun
don't understand your concern here? you wanna be in angeles & you found a direct flight to clarke airport (angeles) so why worry about angeles to manila transfer times??? in any event the angeles-manila transfer should not take more than 2 hours
Damen
Because I need to go to Manila for business but don't necessarily want to spend the night there.
