(downside, must use Pay Pal and they make you sign up for Pay Pal Had the visa this morning! At the airport or other border crossings you can get the visa for $20. Last time I went there there was an hours wait for a visa on arrival at Siem Reap Airport. Confirmed. There is no sticker, you just print out 2 copies of the evisa. If you want you can cut it and staple it in your passport but it's not necessary.
