"If any more extremists are still wanting to rise up and start trouble, know this: Weâ??ll rise right back up against you. New York, Madrid, London, Paisley â?¦ weâ??re all in this together and make no mistake, none of us will hold back from putting the boot in."

Rabbi Alleges Attack: Men Chanted 'Allahu Akhbar'

BROOKLYN (CBS) â?? A Brooklyn rabbi is speaking out after a scary encounter with a man accused of snatching his yarmulke off his head.

Rabbi Uria Ohana's crash course on street justice -- and the justice -- system continues.

"I got a call from the district attorney," Ohana said. "I'm going to testify in front of the grand jury."

The case is against 18-year old Ali Hussein, accused of snatching Ohana's yarmulke last week inside a Park Slope subway station. It was an offense Ohana says he couldn't let pass.

"I decided to chase him to get my yarmulke back," Ohana said.

Prosecutors haven't classified the incident as a bias crime yet, but a Brooklyn resident who spoke to CBS 2 HD says he's not encouraged by what happened.

"It's unfortunate that these two cultures that don't get along a world away â?¦ even here in Brooklyn â?¦ are not getting along," Brooklyn resident [color:red]Miguel Yazinsky[/color] said.

Rabbi Ohana says as he ran back down the station's stairs two of Hussein's friends got up from this bench and chased him out of the station.

"They were screaming 'Allahu Akhbar (God is great) and punching my face," Ohana said.

But Ohana says things came to a head when Hussein was hit by a car as he ran out onto Fourth Avenue. EMS officials confirm responding to a call at that time and location for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle.

Copyright problems....

>Anti-Islam MP Geert Wilders, whose controversial film Fitna finally hit the web yesterday, has made himself even more unpopular - it appears he forgot to secure copyright on footage used in the movie.

Danish newspaper cartoonist Kurt Westergaard, whose depiction of the Prophet Mohammed with a bomb in his turban sparked violent protests in 2006, complained on Dutch TV that Wilders used his work without permission, "so it is simply a case of violation of copyright rules".

Earlier this month Westergaard defended Wilders and argued that the Dutch MP should show his film despite government warnings. On behalf of Westergaard, the Danish Union of Journalists says it will now sue Wilders for copyright infringement.

Also, Dutch director Rob Muntz was also surprised to see a clip of an interview he conducted with Theo van Gogh, the Dutch filmmaker who was stabbed and shot dead in Amsterdam. Muntz says he never gave permission, and will seek legal advice too.

Wilders also mistakenly used a photo of Dutch-Moroccan rapper Salah Edin instead of Mohammed Bouyeri, Theo van Goghâ??s murderer. Edin, perhaps unsurprisingly, is also suing.

UK video sharing site LiveLeak said it received several targetted hacking attacks when it hosted the film yesterday. Since then Fitna appeared on many mirror sites such as Cripsbybarbecue.com and Parmalink.be.

Dutch authorities reported a calm night after the movie was launched. Dutch government felt that the anti-Islam film is much less provocative than expected, altough Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende said he rejected Wildersâ?? views. Wilders says he will tour the Netherlands and start a debate. ®<
