If a tube driver suffers a " one under " they are given 8 weeks off and helped back to work. If they suffer three people jumping in front of their trains they are pensioned off, on a full pension. I dont know how many people are aware, the basic salary for a tube driver is 3 million baht per year and they have 12 weeks holiday. They are very very well looked after.
