"Lonely Planet" and "Foot Print" guide books also mention a few "Green" tour companies that specialize in this. ENjoy the trip, and keep us informed. Gave me the idea of the Mekong from Paxse,Lao down to the Si Phan Don 4000 islands. 120 miles easily done in a week. I could even roll into PP if i can figure the border crossing.
