Nope sorry, I worked till 7pm and have to wake up at 5am...

Drunk Spanish girls are definitely not my type.

And tomorrow my little Roumanian regular comes to see me...life is difficult for a bargirl in time of economical crisis.

Will have my revenge tomorrow against my Spanish neighbours who are football fans -> we will play a game which involves balls too and can be as noisy.

(she is quite vocal)

saw the 1st 6 Games and not really that impressed with some of the Teams.

the host Countries are dreary and France were dreadful in their opening Game......

they can't play that bad again surely?.

Germany are their normal competent selves and look good to go a long way in the Tournament.

Holland and Italy played the best Game so far.

the Dutchies looked good but i thought the scoreline flattered them a little.

Italy had good chances and the Dutchies had to defend well at times.

but the Game bought up the big talking point so far.........the Goal by RVN.

i don't know of anyone who thought it was not offside, but the rules say he was not offside and a rule i knew nothing about.

the Offside rule requires 2 opposing Players to be between the Goalscorer for him to be deemed onside.

but in this case only Buffon was between RVN and the Goal and clearly offside.

but a rule was bought in include any Player off the pitch is classed as being on the pitch.

so when Buffon collided with Panucci and Panucci was off the pitch when RVN scored he was classed as playing RVN onside......what a joke.

so a Player could be 10 Yards behind the Goal and injured and he is still classed as in a position of keeping a Goalscorer onside......

crazy.........

Group D

Spain - Russia 4:1

Greece - Sweden 0:2

Spain vs. Russia was a wonderful game.

Spain starts always good into a tournament, then they fail. This time?

King Otto I. and his European Champ 2004 made not a good appeal against Sweden.

Zaad

I am surrounded by Spanish people and I have one Portuguese colleague (luckily the English are not part of the competition)

-> If we end up with Portugal>< Spain

Someone is going to either be murdered if Portugal wins.
