The_Munchmaster
Isn't there perhaps a reason why it's so difficult to get, i.e., there's is no call for it? As someone else said, are you sure you need it?
CTO
You can't re-enter Thailand without the Inoculation Document! That is a fact I sadly know.

Palatkik
You do need it for certain places like any part of West Africa... I had it done at the Immigration Office in Soi Suan Plu. Afaik these jabs along with Cholera only available at Thai ports of entry or main Bangkok Immigration center. The hopsitals have no need for it like I said. elef
LIST OF COUNTRIES WHICH ARE DECLARED YELLOW FEVER INFECTED AREAS - The Ministry of Public Health has issued regulations that applicants who have travelled from or through the countries which have been declared Yellow Fever Infected Areas must provide an International Health Certificate proving that they have received a Yellow Fever vaccination. - The International Health Certificate must be submitted together with the visa application form. Flashermac
Hmmm ... I was given the shots when there was a possibility I'd be sent to Liberia. Never went though. I remember they made us sick as a dog for a few days.
CTO
mUNCH WHAT eLEF SAID - on arrival at Swampy poo - the reason they ask to see your boarding pass is to see what country you came from. With recent upgrade it's now in the system. That means before going through passport you have to go to the little health place inside swampy poo for a "Yes he has his book" stamp. Pain in the butt and they do check No health book - no entry -
