There are very little "chances" you die eating this fish if you don't try to prepare it by yourself and if you go to a restaurant with a licensed chef (trained to prepare it). Out of curiosity, how much did you pay for this meal? More important, what is the yellowish drink next to the dish? Tea? Why did you eat this fish? For its taste or for the excitement? Feh, sushi is beer food, and indeed, that is ç??ã??ã?¼ã?« (nama biru). I was in a neighborhood where there were many fugu restaurants, and I was hungry. So why not? As far as J-beers go, I fail to see much of a difference between them. They are all decently drinkable, but nothing to get excited about. So I just go with whatever is on tap (in this case Sapporo).
