TroyinEwa/Perv
100% agree...any chance of shutting down a couple of them?? It will be hard to keep up if folks start using all of them. edit.....kinda odd too.....after the verdict, only 1 tv channel is continuing coverage. If this was the U.S., even ESPN would interrupt. That might be a stretch but...... edit again.....oops, just as I finished up, they went back to their regularaly scheduled broadcast. Biggest news in 2 years and only gets a blip of live coverage. Amazing.
Pom Michael
Samak - agreed - if it is a conflict then he must stop (which he did as soon as the complaint was made) - but the punishment is not in line with the offense.
radioman
Does this mean that he will now not be able to 'explain' at the UN how his government is being under-mined by terrorists and how he needs help to support free democracy? With no easy need to leave the country what happens next?
gene1944
Might not be that bad a move. It gives Samak a face saving opportunity to step aside and end the PAD protests peacefully. Probably a lot more going on than we all realize or will ever know.
Flashermac
This isn't a real country I live in. It's make believe ... something out of Gilbert & Sullivan. p.s. I watched the court's verdict on TV. Nobody seemed very upset by it.
