Mentors
Drogon, I see your point, I'm of spanish origin with still a lot of family there so don't face the racism issue (although do face nationalistic or, even more ridiculous, provincial antagonism) but have definetely little interest even in going there on holidays. Actually just booked a Junior suite in the Steigenberger with balcony right over the Zurich lake for this sunday and hope it will help me relaxing a little coz I'm about to litterally implode out of stress... Wonder how the office walls will look with all those dark thoughts and bloody brain fragments splattered across them... it' sunny here, the streets are full of colourful leaves, have a nice weekend. dullnight
Thanks Mentors, Zurich with good weather is a great city, will try to reach early in the morning. Nice week end to you as well.
dullnight
Had a cool week end in Zurich and surrounding cities with great weather indeed. But for sure Drogon expect higher expenses in Geneva than Madrid.
drogon
Not sure. Renting is more expensive in Madrid than the average prices I saw for Geneva. Food is far more expensive here, especially if you want a decent quality meal. Maybe transportation will be more expensive... Except that the answer I never found was the taxes on income for foreigners in Switzerland...
dullnight
I'm surprised about the rental and even more the food but you might be right . I've lived in both Geneva and Zurich and found Geneva quite a bit cheaper, but also more boring.
samak
Except that the answer I never found was the taxes on income for foreigners in Switzerland... you can get special agreements with tax authorities in Switzerland...if your income is a couple of millions or you are very wealthy!
