ha ha ha

add to this:

* entertainment fee (you're forced to watch a 24-year-old indian song-and-dance routine on the big screen) + earplugs fee (as you won't be able to turn off the sound)

* comfort pack (aax will turn up the aircon so high you'll need a couple blankets at least)

* cost for food and drink (two meals, some drinks, no alcohol allowed etc etc)

* toilet fee (which i'm sure will be introduced soon)

* checking in fee (aka baggage handling fee)

* mandatory tip for the trolly dolly

* cost of plane ticket to get anywhere interesting (i mean, nobody in his/her right mind would want to spend even one second longer in kl than absolutely necesary)

and you're looking at roughly the same prices sq or cx are charging...

airasia is crap enough for regional flights...let alone intercontinental...

Actually, it was a test checking. I live in the U.S. now and may go back to LOS next October to see if my house in C.M. is still in one piece. If Ryanair does offer cheap flights to the U.K. (and if the pound is still around 1.5 tothe dollar), I may combine a trip to the U.K. with a trip to LOS on Air Asia.
