Flashermac
I propose to re-open Korat Airport U-tapao was built to handle B-52s. Should do for airliners.
drogon
Mr T thugs are very friendly and I feel far more numerous than PAD thugs... Seeing the PAD it reminds me of some protests here in EU, majority of protesters quiet and just a few resorting to violence. Watching the red T shirt (RY, are they commies?) it remidns me badly of either the SA (Sturmabteilung) or the MRND... MRND was especially interesting as they were all thugs of a same political party calling for murders...I don't really want to see the same happening in Bangkok. Flashermac
Die Strasse frei den Braunen Battalionen ... I've had that running through my head since seeing the PDD guards the other day. PADs guards just look like mo-cy boys.
drogon
Yep, exactly... Might come the day when they say "sieg heil Mr T" -> can't imagine what will happen if he ever comes back to power -> maybe a night of the long knives (if this is the correct translated expression in English)
WorldFun
Yes we want to avoid red & yellow confrontation at all costs as it won't be pretty - amazed not much have happened so far, but yeah it's far from over yet...
drogon
Red + yellow? End of the fall here and I must say the park next to the office has beautiful colours -> many leaves red and yellow... Yes a very sad mess, just called the girlfriend and asked her to stay at home tonight -> instead of going out she and her friends will gather at her condo -> 20 girls listening to the radio and watching the news on the TV tonight
bust
Peronally I think they are doing a good job in bringing LOS to the world's attention. In the old days you didn't really have a revolution unless you spilled blood. Now days you just get the medias attention.
drogon
True bust, most revolutions were damn bloody. (Portuguese revolution was one of the few peaceful one) Until now there were "only" (one dead is a tragedy, a million dead is a statistic) a few dead and hope there won't be anymore. WorldFun
red (colored shirts) = Thaksin supporters yellow = non government protesters (PAD)
drogon
Yep but I don't wish even the poor mindless thugs wanting to fight and kill for Mr T to die... just wish them to realize they are thugs and should do something better of their lives (utopy I know) Time will tell
