The United States Constitution forbids â??cruel and unusual punishmentsâ? which category this clearly falls into. Similarly the English Bill of Rights also forbids such punishment as does the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights and rightly so. No matter how much anger you feel about what this piece of shit did, to condone this ancient and barbaric eye for an eye revenge is uncivilized.
