radioman
As an absconding convict and a fugitive from justice can he not have all forms of travel document effectively nullified? Indeed, is that not the normal course of action in such situations?
drogon
This is the normal course of action in our countries, don't know about Thai law on this point but should be the same.
WorldFun
as the article said revoking also his 'regular' passport(s) it's been submitted for consideration whatever that means it seriously affects a fugitive I guess as how many attractive countries does Thai citizens enjoy easy visa conditions? and should he loose his regular passport & given he's not (yet) a citizen of other countries I say life only goes on as he know by entering the undercover forged passport world isn't it or of course go 'undercover' in a country of his chosen ? I doubt I'd bet any serious money on him returning to thai politics formally anytime soon if ever
