I guess there were a few politicians, like the former speaker of the Mass. house, that has used their political friends to looby Bush for full pardons. Bush is certainly a special kind of idiot, showing the kind of idiocy that has been unmatched in the history of our country. He departs in flames and can't even acknowledge the heat.
