Roger_Baby
I'm curious as to what the readers here think about this issue. I vote yes, but that doesn't necessarily mean I think it's wrong.
TroyinEwa/Perv
I voted no. Human trafficking to me means transporting people for the purpose of illegal activities without prior knowledge to the traffickee. Basically, the person who is being transported doesn't know that they will be subjected to illegal activities on the other end. The way the question is posed, these people are not moved anywhere else (foreign country) and they know full well what is expected of them. rookie
I, too, voted 'no', as if the question was referencing bars in Thailand. However, it would be a firm 'yes' vote if the question was about places in Cambo, Laos, Indonesia and China

Sakai
Voted no of course, BG trade and regular prostitution has nothing to do with forced prostitution and human trafficking.
ALHOLK
I voted no although I believe that there are bars in the gray zone at the border between human traficking and ladies that are ther of their on will. That said, the situation was much worse when I came to Thailand the first time 25+ years ago. It was much more common then that bars bought their girls from agents upcountry. driftwood
I voted no, so long as the bar owner is not holding a girl against her will. I don't think having a bar or venue where the girl working there voluntarily increase demand for girls being trafficked. If anything, I think it would decrease it, but I doubt it. bust
I voted yes as there is a small percentage of girls recruited through the bars who end up in the sex slave industry in other countries.
CTO
So the customer who hires them and takes them off to over seas sex slavery should share the yes vote - maybe a half yes?
