For years - as crappy as my Thai is - I take great pleasure in occasionally when drunk or just pissed - speaking it backwards. Mai Dee Sabai? Mai Chai Cow? I just got a wife of a wife of mine so confused she lost the ability to speak Thai. I was ordering drinks - and changing the options The girl to give her credit tried to keep up in reverse Thai But when spoken to suiddenly in "Thai - the right order" she suddenely got everything wrong And she's the sober one!
