Children of rich parents are usually raised by parents who instill in them the need to conserve the wealth and build it in conservative, tested way (bonds, stocks, real estate, etc.) They are taught the tools early in life. The poor scmuck in buttf*ck, Kentucky has no such skills. Its a recipe for disaster. I would even maintain that a lot of us on this forum would squander a lot of it as well.
