buffalo_bill
Gentlemen , my heart is full with joy about recent news that an internationally well known leading airtransport company called Legacy Air should be just about ready launching direct air connection between Bangkok and , yes , Korat . Great news as we are talking about lovely Nok's home country . They will use SAAB 340 turboprop aircraft . The end of waisting precious time by train or entertaining dubious BKK based taxi drivers . Googling for legacy Air I came across comments of an obviously Thai-born brother who thinks : " It's good that we will have a new domestic airline. Save time on the road. " The man is right . WorldFun
dream on sir. an airline trying to operator the most hopeless route (perhaps only 2nd to bkk-pty?) is bound to fail within days particularly as I believe the 'new' korat airport is so far out of town it's kinda unbelieable (50+km?) so I'm sure the train will remain the most sensible choice (how long by the way LOL - >5h?)... sorry... simie
Air Asia used to fly to Korat but that service did'nt last that long so I'm assuming the route was'nt that viable being relatively close to Bangkok? Don't PB air still go to Buriram? Simie.
