colorwolf
Spiceman,Good Call on Dr Pornthip, a well respected pathologesr with no obvious political associations. ... ...and who made a complete arse of herself by claiming those random plasic toys (aka bomb detectors) actually could sniff out explosives! could any of you actually name another thai pathologist? no, i didn't think so. she might be good at dissecting corpses (i can't tell) but the only reason you guys mention her here is because of her knack for self-promotion, including her stupid hair-do... cavanami
"Weapons were used only in self-defence and to fire into the air," What goes up, will come down...shooting in the air, in a city is a bit careless, IMO.
WorldFun
umm nice udd facebook photos - wonder what this poor guys family & relatives think about him all out there supposedly with brains blown out & all but it's right it doesn't look like bomb wounds & it would make sense as clearly the military don't use those only terrorists does! so they say it's the work of rubber bullets in sniper rifles - would the military use those? and what would a guy have done to received such - taking out the 4-5 soldiers perhaps? really sad state of affair blaming PM for a guys blown off brain or what ever was in those photos. sick stuff... limbo
Facebook 55555 Can you come up with a credible source? Do you have one? This looks pretty credible to me, meaning they're very dead and it doesn't look staged to me. Once more, I'm not a UDD fan at all but it's pretty hard to ignore these pix and vdo's. It may well be that the dead red shirts have been hit by friendly fire. Who knows.
WorldFun
yes surely there's a very real risk of red shirt fatalities being the result of 'friendly fire' from any of their own militant ak47 armed (in black/masked) & uneducated troops or whatever 'invisible hands' or 3rd or 4th groups out there that night. shame the government was not prepared/armed for such a battle as if only they were they could have won the battle (without such high death tolls) & the demonstrations would have been over... WorldFun
that's very quick action indeed. wonder however if that will be able to show if fatal shots/wounds came from military firearms from the military itself or stolen arms by militants within the reds? time will tell... TroyinEwa/Perv
Police spokesman Pol Lt Gen Pongsathat Pongcharoen revealed that the police forensic department would perform autopsies on 10 civilian dead this afternoon. Relatives and two UDD representatives will be allowed to witness the autopsies. Link IMHO this is Critical' date=' the truth needs to be told. From unsubstantiated reports it appears that most injuries and deaths are consistent with Grenade and Bomb injuries as opposed to Gunshot and apart from the Japanese photographer who was killed the only other gunshot victim I have read about was a soldier. I await the results with anticipation. [/quote'] Sorry, not a big red shirt supporter but these injuries don't look like bomb in juries to me Here's a couple of the better pictures on their website.
