SirHalberd Posted July 29, 2010 Report Share Posted July 29, 2010 I have used both Citystate and Lotus - I had no problems. My preference is Lotus because I can pig out at the morning buffet. When I used the Citystate they had breakfast included but (when I used the place) it was not buffet style. Citystate did give you two breakfast coupons, one for a guest. Sometimes I used both, one at around 7 and one 3 or 4 hours later for a snack. They didn't seem to care. G Point Pub is close on Padre Faura with pretty good meals and cheap drinks.
