iPod Touch - Sound or lack of

I've an iPod Touch for the last 2 years but for maybe the last 6 months the sound is very iffy on it if I don't use the ear phones.

 

It can work for a short period and then die.

 

Anyone with a similar problem ?

 

In addition the glass looks to be shattered inside on one side. It looks like a bubble thats burst but there is no broken glass moving around. It might look like a bullet shot.

 

I'd be interested to find out if these problems can be fixed.

Go see a Doc and have your ears cleaned out!

 

 

joking aside, I cannot offer any help, I still have my original iPod from the days I was first mate for Noah on his Ark and it still works a treat, not that I ever use it anymore, it sort of resides in that pile of hardware which is out of date but I cannot bring myself to dispose of.
