khunsanuk
Hi, We had a bit of commotion in the house yesterday. Upon entering the living room I saw all the girls (our daughter had friends over) standing on the sofa screaming there was a snake in the house. A slap against the curtains later I saw it, a little green and black snake, perhaps 30-40cm long. Got a broom, opened the door and was able to 'convince' it to leave the house without any problems. No idea what kind of snake it was, but my wife called it a 'Ngu khiaow haang mai' (green snake with burned tail) and said it was / could be lethal. Had a look online, but couldn't find any pics that looked similar. That was the fourth snake I've seen in/around the house, but the first one that was actually inside. The other 3 were a green snake, a green & black one and a ~1.8m python. I ain't in Kansas (or Holland ) anymore Sanuk!

Flashermac
That's a pit viper in the photo, no mistaking the head. I doubt if it was that.
limbo
KS, the guy usually gets back, I contacted him a few times already in the past and there's at least one picture on the site that I took of a Malayan racer.

Flashermac
 It says they are mildly poisonous - but enough to be dangerous. Those with red text are poisonous, ranging from not dangerous to humans to very dangerous!
Bangkoktraveler
Get some dogs - they will keep the snakes away.
