Horneytorney Posted March 12, 2012 Report Share Posted March 12, 2012 In Japan I have seen them in hotels in Sakai and Yokohama, Korea Ulsan, Pusan and Pohang, more of your industrial cities rather than the average tourist traps, then again I have only visited both countries to see vendors and never as a tourist. have stayed in half a dozen different hotels each in Tokyo and Seoul (and once in Pusan), never as a tourist and have never seen it.
