Pom Michael
Ever since Google Desktop Search (GDS) has be removed - I have yet to find a decent desktop search replacement. The built in one for Win 7 (Search Everything) does a decent job for file names - but I'm looking for something that searches inside emails. GDS was an excellent product - wish someone would make a replacement. I've tried the one called Copentric - but not at all worthwhile. Any one have something to recommend? I have about 20 gbytes internal to Outlook that the internal search does ok with - but have another 200 gbytes of outlook *.pst files that I want to search also. Using Win 7 and Outlook 2010 (Standard).
radioman
I've used MailStore Home for archiving mail before. It should handle your pst files, any size, and allow you to search through them. Worth a look.

Palatkik
I would just load the external *.pst files to Outlook and use Outlook search feature?
