gobbledonk
I started a demo FX account a little while back and most of the ads were for the expected - forex robots, courses, yada-yada - till today. Today I'm greeted by a banner exhorting me to 'Learn Hebrew now !'. Perhaps I'm being a little PC, but its not asking me to explore my mother's Irish heritage - it's asking me to learn (modern) Hebrew. Outside universities, security agencies and terrorist organisations, the last time I checked, there was only one group of people interested in that particular language. Drawing a line between Jews and financial markets seems a tad Aryan Nation for mine, particularly given that there is absolutely nothing else in my search history or visited sites that would give Google's servers any notion that I am either Jewish or interested in the Hebrew language. http://www.refinedpractice.com/2013/02/is-googles-adwords-guilty-of-racial-profiling-no-not-really/ Thoughts ? gobbledonk
BB, I just dont see it that way - either from my POV or from the POV of Jewish people out there. Would they have slapped ads for fried chicken and watermelon all over the page if I started researching prominent African-Americans ?
