jitagawn
Ah yes Pojaman... she has plenty to spend as I am 100% certain she was the bag lady for the entire Thaksin enterprise , and always taking a share for herself as she handed out the spoils. Tough to hide
Flashermac
Pheu Thai is very upset about this and demands they stop blowing whistles at Takky's famiily. But apparently throwing grenades at the protesters is all right. Meanwhile, Pu refused to appear to hear the corruption charges against her as she is "too busy" up north. Photos show her dressed like a farmer and pretending to do farm work. She couldn't have got in to report to the commission anyway, since the red shirts have it besieged and cemented the gates shut. Suthep showed the clips last night of the red shirts assembled at Khorat demanding the country be divided and that the Shinawatras get Issan and the North to rule. They are ready to fight and die for Thaksin. He said he is turning the videos over to the courts as evidence of treason. Amazing Thailand.
waerth
Why amazing, it is treason. Even in the Netherlands where we tolerate a lot, a public call like this for seceding parts of the country would be dealt with in a hard manner. He said he strongly believed the bomb attack was caused by the blowing of whistle at Khunying Pojaman at the Emporium. Flashermac
CMPO summons Pojaman's whistle blowers The Centre for Maintaining Peace and Order (CMPO) on Friday issued a summon for those who blew whistles at former wilfe of Thaksin Shinawatra. CMPO’s member Tarit Pengdit said if they fail to report themselves, he will seek arrest warrant against them. Earlier a pipe bomb was thrown into house of a rally leader who blew at whistle at the former wife of fugitive expremier Thaksin Shinawatra in Klong Toey district early this morning. The bomb however was a dud and failed to explode. Police were alerted to the attack at 2.20a when explosives in a blue PVC pipe were found at the house of Nataphol and Taya Teepsuwan in Sukhumvit Soi 18. Security guards said a motorcycle has been spotted near the house at 12.30am but they could not see face of the driver or the vehicle's registration plates. The guards added that the driver then drove the vehicle to the front of the gate and threw the explosive. Police believe the attacker intended to intimidate rather than cause injury. The couple was among a group of antigovernment protesters who blew the whistles at Khunying Pojaman Na Pombejra while she was shopping at The Emporium shopping complex on February 26. Videos of the incident went viral on YouTube, with some of them blocked minutes after they were posted. On Friday, Nataphol wrote about the incident on his Facebook page, saying "as expected, a pipe bomb was thrown into my house. Luckily, it was a dud. The attack is likely to be resulted of the whistle blowing. Despite this, we will not back off. We are different from you and your boss and there will be no violence from our side for sure," he said. http://www.nationmul...s-30228037.html
khunsanuk
Hi, WTF! So now blowing a whistle means you will need to explain yourself to the government, yet cheering at the death of kids, calling for secedation and threatening people with violence if they blow whistles is all perfectly acceptable. I wonder if the CMPO will put as much effort into finding the person who threw that pipe bomb as they did in dealing with the whistle blowers. Sanuk!
