cavanami Posted May 11, 2015 Author Report Posted May 11, 2015 If it is a gas turbine used to generate the electric, then that puppy is tuned to a gnat's ass. Scrubbers are added if needed. The modern, gas turbine power plant is virtually zero pollution!
Mekong Posted May 12, 2015 Report Posted May 12, 2015 No global warming. Flue Gas Desulphurisation, Selective Catalytic Regeneration and Electrostatic Precipitators, less NOx and SOx that similar sized GT's. Anyway VN does not have much natural gas but shit loads of coal.
