(No joke intended, no idea how to spell the group, but something similar) These are Turkish people living inside Syria claiming territory anti Syrian government, anti ISIS also, Turkey is sympathetic to them, The whole Syria thing is a total mess, the USA allies are it's normal enemies, fuck, what a mess the USA and the UK made when dividing these places up decades ago. (Well, Japan quickly joined in, but only attacked the German possessions in Asia and the Pacific. They went for the easy targets in hopes of annexing them.)
