Perhaps all hearsay. As for the girl in the video.......not sure why she looked surprised with the result after dousing her crutch with a flamible liquid and igniting it ..... And an armed cop on hand doesn't have sense to handle the issue, no fire extinguisher, no nothin'. Duh.
