I'll can't  find it. There's Bro Lifeline and Voypi, but everything I see looks discontinued or malware redolent.

Turns out that you can play some music in the normal manner of yer phone and then go to make a phone call, the music playing in the background. I haven't tested this, but if it works, you could assemble a little library of Mp3s that are your desired background sounds. Maternity ward, slaughterhouse, pole dancing class, possibilities are endless. I'll report back if it works.
