I may have mentioned this place before but it seems to be going from strength to strength. Listed now as one of the Top 10 contemporary galleries in Bangkok

Originally just a gallery with a small bar, it's now offering fine dining as well. Will be keen to drop in again next time in LOS (March/April)

Has an interesting connection to another well known and visited establishment in BKK

Thailand is finally in the last 20 years developing a good group of top artists, for a long time it was a small rather dull establishment only, now it's quite exciting.

I actually had a Brisbane born artist arranged to exhibit but unfortunately he's had a few distractions over the last couple of years. Still never get tired of visiting there. Love the lit golems on the facade at night

Thai galleries often charge a much higher commission than Australian ones. A problem that international artists need to be aware of. 

 

Currently my fav artist after Vasan is Chompol Wan who during the coup fearlessly pushed the limit with some great paintings both political and funny
