Sporty
Where would you stay, if you were planning 7 weeks in Thailand, and trying to do it for 1,000 +/- baht per night? Mostly staying in the BKK, Sukhumvit Area, and maybe a week or so in Chiangmai...

Sporty
Sorry jp1, Should have specified BKK to start, with thanks :-)
Guest
Nana Hotel is an even 1000 (plus 7% tax).
shygye
If you stay 15 days at Nana they take 10% off. The monthly rate at the GP should get you around 1000 Baht for a Topaz studio.
Sporty
shygye, The Nana Hotel doesn't really row my boat, like to get away from the night life scene, except for the nights of participation, but the Grand President, I will look into. Thanks...
Guest
take a look at the Woraburi Inn www.woraburi.com 360 baht for a fan room 675 baht with air con, fridge, TV etc
Guest
The Worburi seems pretty decent, anyone know the guest policy of this place? Also has anyone stayed in any of the suites?
Guest
Stayed in a Deluxe room. Clean and functional. The suites would just be larger versions. No problem with guests as long as you take a standard room(675 baht) or upwards. Discount for 3 days or more. Motorbikes will run you up and down the soi for 10 baht a time. Deluxe room 765 , Junior suite 900. Dunno price of larger suites.
Big Kev
Worubi Inn is guest friendly, but you can do much, much better for 1,000 baht per night. I also think Worubi would become pretty depressing for longer term stay.
