samak
dear jasmine i agree with you, that western countries use as well many acronyms and abbreviations. however i refered to document forms. and in this area, thailand has developped a very high level of bureaucracy. even smaller companies employ full time lawyers to handle all the formal paper work; and it's huge. i do not say, that this delays procedures. in opposite some western authorities could learn from the efficiency of their thai counterpart (for example the one stop work permit/visa center or BOI). markle
I saw it at school once but I don't know where to get hold of one. I did try out for a news translating job once (Thai-English) nad I did enquire if they had something like that and they said they would so maybe you could ask at a translation office. jasmine
Hi, You must have meant "Ã.¾." which I agree that it does look like "SW". The only way I have kept up with Thai all this time is from reading 2 well-written weekly magazines. What are the modern Thai fonts? Cheers!
