He's a cop and smarter and better than us common criminals, errrr citizens I mean. In otherwords, they be de good guyz, we all left over is de bad guyz. It's the 'us against them' mindset many in law enforcement come down with. And they, of course, being the good guys, are always right, and should be able to do anything that makes their job safer and easier... never mind those bothersome and ancient rights and such the citizens of these here united states have. That there shit was written long ago when everyone had a muzzle loader, not an uzi, you see. So, the judge is right and righteous, brother. Bend over and spread them. Many of the rights we were afforded to and who many people throughout our glorious history died and went to jaill for are no longer available to us. Some if not all the rights in our constitution and bill of rights are no longer applicable. We no longer enjoy these rights and freedoms so does it matter if the country is not at the level of the dictionary (or rather wikipedia) term of a police state? We are no longer the same free republic. The ones we should really blame are ourselves collectively. We have become either lemmings, are too fearful of the repurcussions or beaten down so badly emotionally, financially and politically that we have no fight in us left. Those that are brave enough to fight the good fight are labeled 'conspiracy theorists or conspiracy nuts' or 'political activists' or 'right wing nut jobs' or 'left wing or liberal nut jobs' or 'unpatriotic'. That’s in addition to the 27 new waivers for health care or drug companies and the 31 new union waivers Obama’s Department of Health and Human Services approved. Pelosi’s district secured almost 20 percent of the latest issuance of waivers nationwide, and the companies that won them didn’t have much in common with companies throughout the rest of the country that have received Obamacare waivers. Other common waiver recipients were labor union chapters, large corporations, financial firms and local governments. But Pelosi’s district’s waivers are the first major examples of luxurious, gourmet restaurants and hotels getting a year-long pass from Obamacare. ... Pure coincidence! Will the GOP allow the debt limit to increase or will they let the government go into default because they want to hurt Obama 'in a real bad way'? Should be interesting to see what happens.
